I left my bag in the car we were going to get went back the next day when they opened and asked for it they were all saying they didn't see it. I have 3 witnesses that saw it in there...and the bag is so big I can fit my whole body in it! I was there from 850-1150 tryin to get my bag back and not one of them went to look in a room or something they all stood around saying it wasn't there! They give you the run around of your life..I was going to purchase a car…they wouldn’t give us a rate until the last min. and so we didn’t get it. You receive in the mail a coupon plus a flier that says you definitely win one of five prizes. Guess what... everybody wins the second prize, which is a $1000 Internet spree where you need to go sign in for a website that is a huuugee scam - you pay them money to shop there. They are not the only dealership doing that in San Antonio - but imagine what their commitment to the customer is if they need to resign to lies and scam to do business. I stopped back in yesterday and just wanted to get the price on this particular vehicle. The salesman, Efran I beleive, was very rude and would not give me the price of the vehicle.
