		<description>I bought an 04 Lancer when I lived in Phoenix. I moved to San Antonio and used West Loop to service my vehicle with the 3 year plan that was included with my vehicle. I went to all the service checkups, and on the last one they told me I missed the 30,000 mile service. Then they tried to sell me 600 dollars in &quot;make up&quot; service for missing the recommended plan. I found the receipt at home, from West Loop, that proved I did receive the service, and they did not input it correctly in their system. Keep all your paperwork and do not trust this dealer at all. As for me, West Loop has forever lost my business to their competition.</description>

		<description>They give you the run around of your life..I was going to purchase a car...they wouldn&#039;t give us a rate until the last min. and so we didn&#039;t get it. I left my bag in the car we were going to get went back the next day when they opened and asked for it they were all saying they didn&#039;t see it. I have 3 witnesses that saw it in there...and the bag is so big I can fit my whole body in it! I was there from 850-1150 tryin to get my bag back and not one of them went to look in a room or something they all stood around saying it wasn&#039;t there!</description>

		<description>This dealership is using a scam to attract walk-ins. You receive in the mail a coupon plus a flier that says you definitely win one of five prizes. Guess what... everybody wins the second prize, which is a $1000 Internet spree where you need to go sign in for a website that is a huuugee scam - you pay them money to shop there. They are not the only dealership doing that in San Antonio - but imagine what their commitment to the customer is if they need to resign to lies and scam to do business. I wouldn&#039;t put my money on this one, definitely.</description>

I stopped by the dealership on Sunday when you were closed and found a car I liked.  I stopped back in yesterday and just wanted to get the price on this particular vehicle.  The salesman, Efran I beleive, was very rude and would not give me the price of the vehicle.  I&#039;m sorry that I have never bought a car on my own in my life, but is this how customers are supposed to be treated?
